Due to vast range of Aluminium extrusions / sections that Aluminium Bending Specialists curve, ABS has developed different types of bending / curving processes to suit the different Aluminium extrusions.

The different bending processes are:

• Drawn Bending
• Press Bending
• Encapsulation bending process

Powder Coating

ABS Ltd can also offer to Powder coat all aluminium sections up to 4000mm length. We are specilist in the painting of curved aluminium sections, at a competeive rate in comparison to other painters. We can offer to paint aluminium sections to either a single RAL or a dual colour and offer a marine finish if required (60 microns).
